   Workpilot Freelancer - the complete workspace

   The founding baseline: every feature live in the Freelancer stream today, all in one calm, EU-native workspace.

   Work

   • My day: a calendar planner - drag on the grid to schedule focus blocks, run a built-in live timer, and confirm planned blocks into logged time.
   • Task board: a Jira-style kanban with drag & drop, per-project task keys, priorities, tags, comments and a full activity log.
   • Unified task detail: open any task in a quick side-drawer or its own shareable, deep-linkable page.
   • Timesheet: a weekly grid with a shared timer and billable tracking.

   Clients & projects

   • Clients with contacts, currency and default rates.
   • Color-coded projects with their own keys and rate overrides.
   • Versioned contracts you can revise over time.

   Finances

   • Expenses: recurring or one-off, categorized, with receipt uploads.
   • Lightweight invoices auto-pulled from time entries, with PDF export and secure public share links.
   • Reports: gross-vs-net and time/earnings overviews at a glance.
   • 12 currencies with per-client overrides and currency-grouped totals.

   Connections (read-only)

   • Calendly: see your upcoming meetings on My day.
   • Universal calendar feeds (iCal/ICS) from Google, Outlook/Microsoft 365 and Apple iCloud, shown as read-only busy blocks on My day.

   Account, privacy & platform

   • Business details, app theme (light/dark), and granular communication preferences.
   • Security centre with two-factor authentication and Google sign-in.
   • One-click GDPR data export and full account deletion.
   • EU data residency, row-level security on every table, cookie consent, and Romanian consumer-protection compliance (ANPC / SAL / SOL).
   • Full-width, responsive layouts that scale from laptop to tablet and mobile.
