Workpilot is a free personal project built and operated by an individual (Robert Andrei, residing in Romania), made public so others can try it. It is not a company, not a commercial product, and comes with no warranty or support guarantee. By using it you accept it "as is" and acknowledge it may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Operator

Name: Robert Andrei (private individual)
Trading informally as: Robert's Laboratory (a name only, not a registered legal entity)
Country of residence: Romania
Nature: free personal project, not a company, no VAT, no commercial activity. May be paused or discontinued at any time without notice.
Hosting: frontend served via Cloudflare's edge network. Database, authentication, and file storage on Lovable Cloud (Supabase), region EU - Stockholm, Sweden.
Contact: via the in-app contact form.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Workpilot.

3. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content or content you do not have rights to.
Do not attempt to access other users' workspaces.
Do not abuse the service (brute force, scraping, spam).
The service may be paused, restricted, or shut down at any time without notice.

4. Invoices are informational

Important: The invoices, totals, and PDFs that Workpilot generates are informational only. They are not legal or fiscal documents and do not satisfy any tax, accounting, or e-invoicing obligation in your jurisdiction. You must use a licensed invoicing provider to issue legal invoices to your clients. Workpilot is a productivity tool, not an accounting system.

5. Your data, your responsibility

You own the data you enter. You are the controller of any personal data of your own clients that you store in Workpilot, and you must have a lawful basis to do so. We act as a processor for that data - see the processor terms in the Privacy Policy.

6. Service availability and warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee fitness for any specific accounting, tax, or legal purpose.

7. Liability

The service is provided to you free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is zero. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot lawfully be waived (including under EU and Romanian law).

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, together with EU law where applicable. The competent courts of Romania have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer forum rights you may have where you reside.
